I describe my coaching style as engaging, non-judgmental, and goal-oriented.  I bring over 25 years of HR leadership and expertise.  I coach on topics encountered in my personal life and professional career, such as:

 

Career Coaching

 

Do you have a new leader? New Job? Did your company announce they are laying off employees, closing, going to be acquired? Do you need help establishing your personal brand? Are you ready to jump into a career after a break or maybe leave the workforce and take a break?

These are just some of the topics I’ve helped my clients address. In our 50 minute sessions (typically video using Zoom or if you’re local we can walk) we will discuss what’s going on and you’ll set an action plan.

Life Coaching

 

Would you like to lead a more fulfilling life? Do you feel that something’s missing but you just can’t put your finger on it? Do you want to shed a few pounds, start exercising, focus on mindful eating, recover from an injury? Let’s begin by looking at what an ideal life looks like for you.

Business Consulting

 

I have over 25 years of HR Leadership experience in a variety of industries.

I will coach leaders through organization redesign as a result of a change in the business model. I will manage mergers or acquisitions (from due diligence through developing integration plans); develop a talent strategy; manage the sale of the business or site closures, implement digital or workforce transformations; create and manage workforce planning, organize and manage layoffs and downsizings.

I will partner with executives to establish and execute an HR strategy with initiatives that support the business strategy, set business objectives and solve critical business problems.

HR Services

 

In addition to the services above, I will transform the HR function - set up centers of excellence, or establish HR BP roles.

I will partner and coach leaders, manage new leader on-boarding; conduct team building (using Insights Discovery©), conduct leadership assessments, or offer personalized coaching.

I will also work with HR Business Partners to help strengthen and define the role in the organization.
